5-star beachfront resort with an on-site golf course in Belek

Accommodations

Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort offers 610 rooms, including lagoon suites with private pool access, duplex family rooms, and suites with sea views. The Lagoon Suites allow guests to step directly from their terrace into a shared pool, providing direct water access from the room. Suite categories include spacious two-bedroom units with separate living areas and multiple bathrooms.

Dining

The resort operates five à la carte restaurants serving sushi, seafood, Italian cuisine, and steakhouse dishes. Guests can book the Steak House for grilled meats or Mezzo Fish Restaurant for seafood options. The main buffet restaurant offers daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner with stations for Turkish and international dishes.

Pools & Beach

The property has seven outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and a dedicated water park with water slides for children. A 200-metre-long private beach on the Mediterranean coast provides free sun loungers and parasols for all guests. The adult-only VIP pool uses imported sand from the Maldives and sits in a quieter section of the resort.

Golf & Activities

The resort has an on-site 9-hole golf course set among pine forests, with three additional golf courses (Gloria and Carya courses) located within 3 km. Guests can use tennis courts, a fitness centre, and the water sports station on the beach for jet skiing, wakeboarding, and flyboarding. Evening entertainment includes live music performances, live sports events, and shows at the amphitheatre.

Children & Families

The kids' club offers supervised activities for children aged 4 and older, with a separate area for 0-3 year-olds that requires a parent to stay. A dedicated water park has multiple slides and a shallow-end pool for younger children. Family rooms include duplex layouts with two bedrooms upstairs and a living area downstairs.

Highlights

Pools: 7 outdoor pools plus an indoor heated pool

Beach: 200-metre private beach with free sunbeds

Golf: On-site 9-hole course and 3 courses within 3 km

Dining: 5 à la carte restaurants (sushi, seafood, Italian, steakhouse)

Children: Water park, kids' club, and family duplex rooms

VIP Pool: Adult-only pool with imported Maldives sand

“The resort strikes me as a destination designed for both relaxation and activity, with its private beach and adjacent golf course set among scenic pines. I noticed the Lagoon Suites, each with its own pool access, that seemed particularly appealing. With dining options ranging from casual to formal, plus a dedicated kids' club, it looks equipped to accommodate families and couples alike.”

an okay stay

good food main restaurant quality bedding palazzo suite sea view limited english old furniture visible wear

the food in the main restaurant was consistently good. i especially enjoyed the pastries served each morning. the bedding felt high quality and comfortable. i got very good sleep in the Palazzo Suite Sea View.

the staff spoke limited english. this made simple requests VERY difficult to communicate. the furniture seemed OLD and not modern. there was visible wear and tear.
