the food in the main restaurant was consistently good. i especially enjoyed the pastries served each morning. the bedding felt high quality and comfortable. i got very good sleep in the Palazzo Suite Sea View.
the staff spoke limited english. this made simple requests VERY difficult to communicate. the furniture seemed OLD and not modern. there was visible wear and tear.
